Located on King Street, Charleston’s most exciting and desirable retail, entertainment, and dining corridor, The Overlook on King is one of Charleston’s newest and most luxurious properties. The highlight is a one-of-a-kind rooftop terrace overlooking King Street. Guests will enjoy the spacious third-floor penthouse, complete with an open kitchen and living area designed to entertain groups in town for an event or families looking for a memorable vacation. Comfortably accommodates up to 13 guests.
The Space:
The Overlook on King is a brand new, luxurious property located on the vibrant King Street. Enjoy the perfect blend of privacy and excitement in this stunning vacation rental.
The Overlook on King can accommodate up to 13 guests across 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, with a spacious kitchen and living area designed for entertainment.
Den Room #1 – Two twin trundle beds (4 total beds) + Shared bath
Bedroom #1 – Flex Room, one King bed (or two twins) + Shared bath
Bedroom #2 – Flex Room, one King bed (or two twins) + Ensuite bath
Bedroom #3 – Flex room, one King bed (or two twins)+ Ensuite bath
Bedroom #4 – King bed and Twin bed + Ensuite bath
Living Room – King-size luxury memory foam sleeper sofa + Shared ½ bath
All flex rooms can be converted from a King bed to two twins when requested.
Each bedroom is designed with comfort and style in mind, ensuring a restful stay for all guests.

The Overlook on King provides easy access to the city’s best attractions, all of which are within walking distance. Plus, you’re just a short drive away from some of South Carolina’s best beaches.

Guest Access:
The Overlook on King is equipped with a coded lock that is changed regularly. You will receive all important check-in information 3 days prior to arrival.
Early check-in or late check-out requests are evaluated and granted on a case-by-case basis. We offer storage lockers for luggage inside of the building for guests to use as needed while they await their check-in or throughout their stay.

Cannonborough-Elliotborough is a vibrant and hip neighborhood in downtown Charleston, SC, known for its mix of historic charm and modern developments. With public transportation and ride-sharing services readily available, getting around the city and beyond is a breeze.
Other Things to Note:
Pet Policy: Town & Island Co. welcomes pets. There is a $125 non refundable pet fee. 2 pets maximum. You are responsible to inform us you are traveling with your pet(s).
Severe Weather Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC, your stay will be refunded. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply and no refund will be issued.
