    No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in areas where smoke may linger, such as porches or balconies.
    Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to walls or property caused by hanging decorations or other actions.
    Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
    Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

    Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

    Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.

Girlz Getaway

Great location and space for our Girlz Getaway group of 17. Loved that nearly every room had its own bathroom. We arrived after dark, which made parking, 3 houses down a bit challenging. However once we found our parking spots, parking was a breeze.

We had a group of 8 employees attending a conference in Charleston. It's a cost effective place to stay and great for Team Building.
