The Neighborhood:
Right in the heart of the Historic district, we're located just South of the Intersection of King and Society Street. Everything is in walking distance, including the College of Charleston, museums, carriage tours, dining, shopping and sightseeing are all within a few short blocks away in any direction of our location. We are in the middle of historic Charleston.

Location was great. My wife was in shopping heaven on King Street. Parking was in a garage around the corner, so factor in that cost. The weather was perfect so this was not a problem. We used the loading zone to unload and load luggage.

Location and Cleanliness!

right in the middle of the action! No outside windows except the piazza. And the sky light atrium thing, but we knew that going in. Actually very quiet minus the occasional door slam. Checking in was kind of unique. You need to park near that intersection ( King & Society), unload, hurry back down, then find a local patking garage. ( we used Wentworh- just to the east of the building) We were driving, so didn't see the actual address untl after the fact, but we found the door right next to Tecova Boots! A little confusing , just watch your messages on Vrbo or whatever. The Apt is fairly bare, so grab h20 or supplies on the way. Great washer / dryer set up! Plenty of towels, etcIt needs new mattresses! The furniture was ikea or something close....avg. We didn't use it much, so not a game changer. There are plenty of coffee / early morning places right there. We liked Handy/ Hot( Wentworth), Rise ( S. Wentworth) , and Clerk's ( Emily Hotel) by the mkt area!

In for business as our hotel was sold out and we needed to add a night. Quick and efficient booking process. Asked for early check in and they didn't push back on the day of arrival. Super new, clean, spacious and comfortable. Rear deck with BBQ and lounge chairs. This was no brainer when needing to stay for business, CoC or other schools...book it.

Great location!

This united is in an excellent location, right on King Street. Easy to walk anywhere. Although it is a busy street, the unit was very quiet. It is well appointed and was perfect for the 4 of us. Communication with management was excellent.

Charleston Family Get Away

Great location and access to everywhere you want to visit in Charleston. No major issues with the property itself if it is a group of adults only. Probably would not stay here again with younger kids for these reasons (not the fault of the property or management, just something to take into account): No bathroom in the main area, dryer did not work so could not do any laundry, shared walls and upstairs units made in a bit noisy, significant construction going on around the property currently. Overall we had a great stay despite these few things, and I would absolutely stay here again if it was just my wife and I. In fact, it is likely we will be back in the future.

Wonderful place

Beautiful apartment- suspect newish conversion in warehouse space??? Looks lovely, clean and very comfortable. Not a lot of exterior windows but we really didn't notice until last day it's so well designed. Worried a little about noise - King Street can be loud - but couldn't hear a whisper. Well stay again!

Great location

Overall- the property was perfect- we loved the location and it had everything we needed. The parking lot was a tad far away and made unloading/ loading more of a challenge. The couch needs to be cleaned- dirt marks all over it. There is minimal to no lighting in the bathrooms with hardly any towel hooks. We were also very surprised but the little natural sunlight as there are no windows in the main living area/ kitchen. With all of that- we would still love to return and had a wonderful time. We did message “the host” a couple times and they were very responsive- which we very much appreciated!

Girls Trip

The overall condo was nice. Great location in the heart of King Street. Items that need to be addressed: couch was pretty stained and dirty, outlet in bathroom didn’t work, and needs a blind on the back door to the patio. You also have to park about two blocks away. You can unload about 200 ft from the door but we were blocked by construction trucks. Very difficult for a group of ladies. A luggage cart would be nice.

Location, location, location!

This was the perfect property for our weekend stay. We parked the car and walked to all shops and restaurants! The property was beautiful and surprisingly very spacious! We had one issue with a doorknob during our stay, and the owner was easy to contact, rectifying the problem very quickly! I would definitely stay here in the future!

Wonderful stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was amazingly furnished and in a prime location. Couldn’t be any closer to the market and downtown district. Management was easy to contact and even comped our parking permit, due to it not being left in the room. Highly recommend.

First time in Charleston with friends

Property was great for our two couples. Private patio was very nice to have. Location was Perfect for our first time in Charleston. We walked to everything in downtown and was an easy Uber to/from the airport and other sightseeing outside of downtown.

Great location; nice unit

Great location, walking distance to everywhere - we didn't need a car and used Uber for the few things too far to get to. We had unit 202, which was on the back of the property and quiet, although the king street side might be noisier, could hear the people above us walking/flushing but not a problem. Well-stacked with necessities, good AC. Responsive management. All in all good experience.
