New Hardwood floors! This updated townhome is in the heart of Mount Pleasant and just 10 minutes to Sullivan's Island, Isle of Palms and downtown Charleston. Take a dip in the community pool just steps from the front door. Or, take a quick walk to local shops and restaurants.
Enjoy two bedrooms each with comfy queen beds and ensuite bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs. The spacious living room provides a queen pullout couch and cable TV with apps. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking essentials including a Keurig for your morning cup of joe.
The front porch is great to hang out and enjoy the sun or grill up your favorites for dinner. Afterwards, stay in and watch a movie on the flat screen with access to all of your favorite shows and apps.

The townhouse was perfect! We were in town to visit our daughter at CofC so the location was super convenient to downtown. The place was immaculate and provided everything we could have needed. The kitchen was well stocked. The washer and dryer were almost new and super quick. Loved how it was furnished and decorated. The bathrooms were also well stocked. Towels were amazing! Definitely recommend it and will probably stay here again.

Perfect space away from hustle and bustle

The property was the perfect combination of being close to lots of things, but tucked away from the busy areas. Everything was as listed, very clean and very comfortable! It was the perfect size for our group of 4. Would recommend and would stay again!

Great condo. Perfect location for us.

We were in the area with our 16 year old daughter for a dance competition at The Charleston Convention Center. The condo was very clean and cozy with some nice personal touches. The furniture and linens were very comfortable. The neighborhood was safe and convenient to both the beach and Charleston. The pool area could use some updating, but we used it anyway. It wasn’t that big of an issue. The host was responsive and easy to work with.

Graduation weekend

Our stay was from May 21 - 27. The location worked out perfectly as it was at the most 20 minutes from my son's home in Dunes West. It was perfect for my husband and myself, daughter and son-in-law and grandson, and small dog. We were able to easily get into Charleston and explore. The neighborhood was quiet and close to two restaurants(Five Loaves and Sunrise Bistro) that we visited. Having a Publix literally across the street was a plus. The house is bright, extremely well decorated, beds were comfy and loved having the Keurig. Megan was very helpful before our stay, giving us recommendations of activities to do and places to eat. It was a great weekend and certainly met our needs. Would highly recommend this home.

Comfortable Quiet in Mt Pleasant

If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable and quiet place in Mt Pleasant that is a short drive to downtown Charleston this is your place. The complex is on a quiet street just south of the main road. Publix grocery, restaurants and other stores are close. We would stay here again.

Convenient location and very clean!

The home was clean, and the home was updated. Lots of towels and blankets in the bedrooms. We were here for a baseball tournament and it was perfectly located to where we needed to be. Host was very friendly and communicated quickly with us. The neighborhood is very quiet. The home is comfortable and we had a nice stay. Beds were comfortable . I would recommend this home and would stay again.

This was a great location for our trip to Charleston. Everything was conveniently near by. We enjoyed going to Folly Beach, Charleston, and other areas. I felt like this was just right in terms of what we needed. We had plenty of space for 2 couples. The kitchen was equipped with things we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

This dog friendly property has plenty of opportunities to walk your pet. Very convenient to Charleston and within walking distance to food and shopping in Mt Pleasant. Close to beaches. The house was well stocked and clean! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the quaint patio. Host was quick to respond.

Perfect Little Townhome in Quiet Neighborhood

We stayed here while visiting our daughter in Charleston. The neighborhood was great. The location is prime. The townhome was very clean. Would definitely recommend.

Great location for Shipyard Park

Great property. Fully stocked kitchen. Each bedroom had its own full bathroom. New washer and dryer. Pool is a short walk from the house. Grocery store is very close. Owner/host is very helpful.
