Channel your inner chef and let your creativity flow in the well-equipped kitchen - treat your guests to mouth-watering meals, and you'll be the star of your group. Then, cozy up on the couch and read a good book, catch up with emails using the free WiFi, or watch TV. No matter how you decide to spend your afternoon, this home away from home is equipped to provide the best lodging experience for you all.



    You'll be located on East Bay Street, within walking distance of Charleston's most widely acclaimed bars and restaurants. One of the peninsula's most visited parks is Joe Riley Waterfront Park, roughly 350 yards away. It offers incredible views of Charleston harbor, family-size swings, picnicking and sunbathing areas, two large fountains, and free WiFi. History buffs will have a blast! Downtown Charleston offers a plethora of great museums, art galleries, and historical landmarks to help you get a better understanding of the history of the city.

Great location, walkable to everything. The unit is very nice, and as described. Only 1 true bed and 1 bath which is in the lofted area, but we stayed with 2 adults and 3 kids and were comfortable enough!

Fabulous location in the heart of downtown Charleston! We could walk almost anywhere we wanted to go. The people at the front desk were very helpful with directions and parking info. It’s an old building in an old city, so there are a few quirks, It seemed the shower faucet was a little backwards, and it takes a bit for the water to warm up. Also, the bathroom is upstairs, which is fine if you don’t have mobility issues. We would definitely stay at this adorable property again!

The kitchen floor was sticky all around the refrigerator upon checking in. I cleaned with paper towels and dish soap before I used the kitchen. Major plumbing issues with almost no water pressure in the one bathroom that was upstairs. We washed our hands and brushed our teeth in the kitchen sink because the bathroom faucet only provided a trickle. Property management said this was normal for the property due to old plumbing…but water pressure in shower and kitchen were normal. Not going to return. It was very inconvenient to go down a spiral staircase every time we needed to wash hands after using the toilet.

Beautiful Charleston

This property was in the perfect location for walking the city. Close to many restaurants, parks, and interesting sites. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs which they did mention but be careful if you have any mobility issues. We loved our stay at this lovely condo.

Amazing

Such a great place to stay! The condo was immaculate and in the greatest location. There is a lobby with doormen that are so helpful. Restaurants and coffee right across the street. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location, spacious room.

We recently stayed here as a family (2 kids). The room was clean, well furnished, with a wonderful location. Central to most tourist activities, or a short walk away (20 min walk to the aquarium, and Fort Sumter boat), was very convenient. This is where we will stay next time we come to Charleston!

GREAT LOCATION

It was wonderful to be able almost anywhere in downtown Charleston from our location! Close to The Market, restaurants, the waterfront parks and shopping! The apartment/loft was also very comfortable and a great home base for Charleston!
