Completed in 2018 this rental offers something that most downtown rentals cannot. Stocked with a full kitchen, living room (with queen sofa sleeper), washer & dryer. Perfect for couples or traveling professionals!

The space is situated in Sanctuary Court off of Spring street in Downtown Charleston. There are 7 additional units in the complex that are also available to book.

There will be a guide book waiting in your suite that can answer most questions about the unit itself and provide our favorite dining recommendations, but don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions before you arrive!

- This is a third floor unit. There are two sizable staircases to climb in order to access the unit. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR.

THERE IS NO PARKING INCLUDED WITH THIS RENTAL. Pre-arranged paid, reserved on-site parking is available for $25/day. There is a 1 car limit per rental unit for on-site parking. There is a potential for 2 cars if we have openings in our lot. If our lot is fully booked, we may have options for street parking. STREET PARKING IN CHARLESTON IS NOT FREE. THERE IS A 2 HOUR RESIDENTIAL LIMIT ON STREET PARKING. PLEASE DO NOT EXPECT TO BE ABLE TO PARK ON THE STREET. Please inquire and pre-arrange prior to arrival if you will have a vehicle with you.
