This is not a typical short-term rental; it is not a renovated dependency or a newly constructed unit in an old neighborhood, nor is it situated on a tiny lot in a questionable or remote area. The old hardwood floors, tall ceilings, original moldings, plasterwork, windows, and doors exude a special warmth, character, and charm that is very difficult to achieve in new construction. The exterior copper roof and guttering provide additional warmth and character. It's the real deal!

We spent a long weekend, and the place was great. It’s close enough to walk everywhere, but some of the places like the Market and Battery were longer walks, so give yourself time, or grab an Uber. Off street parking was great!

I could not have picked a prettier place. The unit was perfect- very well appointed, comfortable and in a great, central location for all of our family affairs. When we all walked into the apartment we were stunned at how lovely and well designed it was. The space was perfect for the four of us, offering an excellent night sleep and really nice bathrooms. It was well situated off King Street and perfectly located for a weekend of walking everywhere!

What a delightful apartment. It was beautifully decorated & furnished. Everything was as pictured and promised. A very nice surprise were the several outdoor seating areas with softly flowing fountains, all separated by low hedges for privacy. Plenty of parking, really beautiful landscaping, and all well maintained.

Location is idea for walking or driving. Parking area and courtyards are lovely and made for a nice private location. House was clean and beds were comfy. Internet was sporadic but we weren’t working so it wasn’t an issue. I would rent this again!
