The old hardwood floors, tall ceilings, original moldings, plasterwork, windows, and doors exude a special warmth, character, and charm that is very difficult to achieve in new construction. St Philip’s Square is a cozy oasis in the head of the city. This is our second stay and as usual The accommodations included anything and everything you could need for a home away from home. The property is beautiful with a long porch and walking distance to all restaurants, shopping and attractions. Thank you for such a wonderful visit

We loved this unit. Perfect for our family of five. Great to walk to King Street. So helpful to have designated parking, as many options we considered didn't. Owner was responsive to the one question we had while there. We would definitely return!

My 4 friends and I stayed here for a long weekend. The house was beautiful and clean. The linens and towels were great, tons of awesome small details (nice soap in bathrooms, sound machines in each room, etc). Jamie and her staff were super friendly and very accommodating, we saw them around the property often. Outside street was a little noisy, especially on Saturday night, but as mentioned above, sound machines in each room definitely helped and it’s a trade-off that I’m more than ok with for the great location and awesome place.

Philip Square is unique, perfectly located and all around wonderful! The “apartment” had everything needed to relax and also entertain our local Charleston family. The property was beautifully decorated for Christmas holidays (the thoughtful and gracious property manager offered us a Christmas tree for the living room which we asked be placed on the porch.) The location allowed us to walk to all the restaurants and shops on King Street and to hear the church bells and sounds of the city. We look forward to booking again

Located just one block away from the Charleston's rave-worthy resturants and shops on King Street, the property is nested in the quaint Cannonborough/Elliotborough neighborhood. The apartment holds charm and character along with modern ammenities. Beautiful and well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Well furinshed with cozy and comfy finishes and plenty of room. While the property is located within walking distance from all the historic sights of the peninsula, private parking is a plus. Prompt and pleasant property management. Would recommned and will stay again!

The property was perfect for our Charleston visit. It was accurately represented online. The apartment was clean with high quality beds and linens. It was very tastefully decorated as well. We loved the large front porch. The location is ideal. We were able to walk the entire downtown. Many excellent restauarants are very close. We had trouble connecting to the internenet at first and Jamie responded immediately. Checking in and checking out were extremely easy. We would certainly stay here again.

Wonderful home away from home! Great base camp to enjoy Charleston, the nicest city in the US! Nice details like a throw for a chilly evening on the great porch. Very comfy beds and linens. Nice amenities like the fire pit area and parking. The neighbor hood has a great coffee shop but can get a bit loud on the weekends. All in all- a very good experience!

This property is laid out very strangely with two queen beds in one room and a double bed in another. We were traveling with another couple and they could not stay with us because of the layout. There also was a small issue with construction beginning upstairs in another unit at 7:00 am 2 out of our 3 mornings. They proceeded to loudly talk on the veranda outside our windows for about an hour. They also had a man wash our windows WHILE we were there without consulting us. It was an interesting way to treat paying guests.
