We came down to attend a couple of Riverdog games. The house met all our needs and the location was very good! We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
Our family (two parents, two boys - 6 and 8) had a great stay. The house is right off King but the neighborhood itself is just as charming. There was good space for the kids and the bathrooms and beds were well maintained. I would recommend they update the key lock box in the future to make check-in/checkout easier and add a bit more security to a stay. We would definitely stay here again.
Our stay here was fantastic! We visited Charleston to celebrate a birthday, enjoy live music, explore the city, and spend quality time with family. This property exceeded our expectations with its incredibly comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and thoughtful extras like additional paper products. We’d definitely stay here again on our next trip to Charleston!
We would definitely come back. This property is walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. The house is adorable, and the beds are super comfy.
We had an incredible stay at this charming Charleston home! The house was impeccably clean and offered all the comforts we needed for a relaxing visit. One of the best parts was its fantastic location, just a short walk to downtown shops and restaurants,.The owners were fantastic to work with, always responsive, and made the booking a breeze. Highly Recommend!
Enjoyed our visit to Charleston. Neighborhood is nice. New construction across street can be very noisy at times but house is in good location to walk to local spots and King St. Very convenient to highway access.
This was a great option for us - two couples for one night. Less expensive than getting two hotel rooms. Communication with property management was exceptional, the townhouse was clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. Beds comfortable. Bathroom for smaller BR was quite small with no counter space, but adequate. Would definitely rent again.
The house was an easy, drive and conveniently located. We loved the Charleston porches, and everything about the interior! Plenty of room for us to spread out and plenty of kitchen amenities for cooking.
I highly recommend a stay here!
Stayed here with a group of my girl friends to celebrate my birthday. We had a great time, was very easy to check in/out and great location! There was construction going on in front of the property but we knew that going into the trip. Really wasn’t an issue. The spot was clean and perfect for a big group. Overall great experience.
We had a wonderful stay and the property was as described. The front bedroom on the street is a little loud at night. Everything else was perfect! Great location!
We had a great experience here. Plenty of space. Great neighborhood, easy to walk places. In person, the listing looked just like it did in the pictures. Would definitely recommend
This property was very nice, super clean, and in a great location! The management team was super responsive, and their communications were always prompt and very detailed. It’s decorated nicely, and was perfect for my group of 6 women traveling in for a bachelorette.
I would definitely stay here again if I ever come back.
Perfect 2 bed/2 bath home for our 4 day trip to explore Charleston. Great combination of old style and modern amenities. Well appointed with everything we needed. Location was exactly what we needed, once we parked we never got back in the car. Enjoyed walking the city exploring everything from the City Market, Rainbow Row and all the restaurants in between. Host proactively communicates and made the process a breeze. We will definitely be back.
Beautiful property in a great location! We parked and walked everywhere! Comfortable for all 4 of us to lounge, cook, and hang out. Responsive communication with property management. We’d highly recommend!

Nice space, not 100% as advertised
The house was well kept and fresh. Convenient location. Not "luxury" by any means, ground floor in a so-so complex of homes and apartments
Being our first time in Charleston we for sure wanted to visit Kings St. This house was a great location for that. The short walks to and from everything were perfect. The house met all our needs. House manager was very quick to respond. Check in and check out we’re a breeze. Would for sure stay here again!
We loved this beautiful historic home. Very chic! Beds were very comfortable-slept like a baby! We loved that it has two designated off-street parking spots directly in front of the home. A huge plus for Charleston!! It is a little far to walk to Market/Shopping area for those who don’t like to walk. There are plenty of food spots very close for an easy walk.
Cute little house and porches. Plenty of space and conveniently located near downtown. The parking is a little sketchy, and there is a lot of street noise at night. But that is to be expected in that location. They need blackout curtains in the second bedroom and curtains downstairs in the dining room.
Returning to a place I love and lived many years ago -My adult daughters and I had 3 nights to walk and ride bikes and eat and shop -This was a lovely location -We opted not to rent a car and Uber was all we needed when not walking -The house was comfy and clean-old traditional cottage with wood floors and the basics - beds very nice /We brought our own sound machines for night noise -The owner allowed us an hour later to ck out so we could go to a Palm Sunday service -TY so much .Every morning we got coffee at Provisions which is just a few doors down .We felt safe and happy to be together in the charming cottage -Maybe adding half and half for coffee at home would be nice ?
