  • One of Folly's Best! This 3 bedroom 3 bath condo is the perfect relaxation retreat! From the comfortable beds to the stainless steel kitchen appliances and granite counter tops to the relaxing daybed swing on the private balcony everything is top notch. The views from this 2nd floor condo are awe-inspiring from sun up till sun down. Watch the dolphins play in the waves throughout the day and the beautiful lights twinkle on the pier at night. This property is sure to make your vacation extra-memorable! Your two private parking spaces are only a few steps away from the conveniently located elevator that takes you directly to your front door. Here you are only a half block away from the fun and funky downtown Folly area. You are close enough to soak in the best of Folly! 2 Perfect allows up to 3 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dogs with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dogs when you inquire. While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant. All photos are current and accurately depict the property. Please book with confidence. Location is excellent! So near good food, Berts Grocery, beach front and pier! The home bathrooms could use some updating but I assume we are paying for the wonderful view and beach access! We would come again.

Great location, fabulous parking. Condo was nice. Price was high but we also booked at the last minute. Would’ve been nice to have a few more basics (more soap bars and some non-watery shampoo/conditioner.) All in all, served our purpose well. Be ready for some noise - building can be rowdy and area is busy all night!

My family enjoyed our stay at 2 Perfect! The home is beautiful and we loved the location as it it ocean front and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The home was very clean, has a great floor plan, had everything we needed, and is very comfortable! We will definitely be back to stay again!

One of the best VRBO’s we’ve experienced!

Loved the balcony! We spent a lot of time out there watching the surf and sunrises. Sunset viewing is just a short walk out on the pier. Beautifully decorated, the most comfortable beds and pillows, very clean throughout. Had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Christmas break and visiting daughter

Great location, very warm home like feeling the moment you arrive. The view is a million dollar one as are the naps on the balcony. The ease to visit the shops and restaurants could not be easier and Bert’s is a stone throw away. We can’t wait to come back ! Highly recommend staying at Perfect 2 ❤️

Fantastic in Folly

Beautiful condo, with a wide balcony overlooking the beach. Right beside the pier, and only five quick minutes by foot to restaurants, shops, & stores. The condo was super clean, just like advertised, and well appointed. Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer!

First time to Folly Beach. Quick 2-night stay to peruse the area for potential longer stay in Fall or Spring. Condo was perfect for this: clean, updated, location within walking distance of casual eats and coffee. Everyone in town and on beach on good behavior. Amazing Views, condo, and location

The condo was clean, available for us when we arrived. Access was super easy and convenient with a code as we got in late at night. We enjoyed the ocean waves crashing and the sunrises and sunsets from our balcony. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed for coffee and supplies that we bought at the grocery store, the location was in walking distance of everything you needed on the beach and off. It was a wonderful time spent for eight days at Folly. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

We loved our short vacation at this wonderful condo. The only thing I did not like was that even though there was no one checking out on the day we arrived, we could not check in a little early (1 hour) without paying $114. Also, if you are not out by 10 am you will have to pay $114 as well. Even if no one is checking in that day. I checked. The condo was well stocked and adorable and very clean. We loved it!! I live in Charleston and I love to vacation at Folly.

Frozen at the Beach

Property was awesome ! The only issue was that I was not able to control the temp. Temperature was kept very low for moisture control. At times we froze, (especially) at night and early morning when thermostat temp was deliberately dropped. This may not be an issue in the middle of Summer, however, in Sept it was.

2 Perfect was almost perfect

My family and I stayed here five nights this January. We loved it! The living room sofa was the perfect place to relax and catch up on the family. The balcony was wonderful and the girls loved the swing. So close to the Main Street in Folly Beach and right on the beach. Location was great! Only small minus had to do with the TV in the third bedroom - it had a parental control PIN on many of the channels. I called the rental company but the issue was never addressed. This was no biggie just a minor irritant. Overall, we would definitely come back!

Location, location, location. Not enough can be said about the location of this unit. The property is named "2 Perfect," and honestly, that is the best name that could ever have been chosen for it.The house was exceptionally clean, well-appointed, and very well maintained. We couldn't have asked for more. But the best part was the balcony. It had an awesome bed swing with lots of cushions, two nice chairs, and a four-person dining table. We basically lived on that porch during our stay. The view of the beach and pier was absolutely perfect, and it was so peaceful.The location of this unit is, by far and away, the best part. It has excellent off-street parking in a private lot, which made us feel much more comfortable leaving our vehicle there compared to street parking, which seems to be the norm around Folly Beach. Having that private lot was a huge bonus.The property is mere steps away from the restaurants, food trucks, shops, and the pier. This was our first trip to Folly Beach, and honestly, we're spoiled now because of this location.The host communicated everything well in advance, and everything was exactly as promised and ready when we arrived.Don't hesitate to book 2 Perfect for your next stay. We would absolutely stay here again.
