「I would 100% recommend this apartment! My friends and I had the best experience. The host was so friendly and made himself available for us via text and in person whenever we needed. The listing aligns perfectly with the actual apartment. The apartment was extremely clean and shampoo conditioner etc were provided for us as well as extra bedding. 「My husband and I had a great weekend stay! The location was perfect. We walked to a coffee shop for breakfast and then took our bikes down the beautiful Shining Sea Trail to Woods Hole for the day. We did not need to drive at all. Listing was accurate, and check in was easy. Shared bathroom was well managed. The hosts were very kind and made sure we had everything we needed.」

「Great Location! We had a great stay! 」

「This location was perfect near the beach and with a restaurant right next door. The room was clean and modern and the deck was amazing. The parking was a little tricky since some cars were illegally parked in the lot and the spaces were small. Check in was 3 pm and at 3:10 I brought our bags up to the third floor only to find it still being cleaned. I went to the office and asked them to notify me when it was ready so I did not have to keep checking. The cleaner said 30 minutes at the most. ...

「Quaint little spot, perfect for a long weekend stay. Host was responsive and helpful. 」

「Please be aware when booking this property- it is not at all as listed. Upon checking in, the apartment had a strong chemical odor. We booked for my husband and I, our 4 year olds and our 2 year old while being in town for a wedding. The “additional” sleeping spaces didn’t have bedding, the master bed is a full at best, the TV didn’t work- it was an overall awful awful booking- not to mention the entire “apartment” slants downwards. When asking communicating with the host, I very barely would...

I would suggest adding a few chairs, as there was no place other than the beds to sit. Also, when expecting four guests it would be nice to have four coffee cups, etc. Overall, we were quite satisfied and would stay there again.
