When you request a refund, they tell you it's non refundable. Beware, Beware, Beware!!!! I had to dispute with my bank to get my money back. Indians run this place and its an entire SCAM!!!!!!"

"Wonderful hotel. Staff was great. The rooms were clean and cool. We stayed for the elite 8 game and it was a perfect location. "

"The hotel was welcoming to our service dog. Originally we were put on the third floor and there was an issue with our room with the bathroom sink leaking all over the floor. That room was also in need of some renovations and upgrades. Then the elevator was out of service! Walking up to the third floor with our service animal and luggage became an issue. Plus, the stairways are in need of a cleaning! We spoke to Kendall at the front desk, who was very nice to us, and she moved us to a room on the first floor. This room was much better. Easier to get to and cleaner. All-in-all it was a decent stay. "
