Great place and service, though admin issues.

Lovely place, really clean and comfortable, beds had lamps, plug sockets, large draw for storage and blinds for privacy. Room had fridge with some bottles of water. Service was excellent. A few issues, the address for the hostel isn't clear on hotels.com needed to call to get the right number and during check-in hotels.com hadn't sent the payment to the hostel which required a lot of phone calls to have the booking cancelled and I had to pay again. It's been over a week and still waiting for hotels.com to send me the refund.

Stayed for one night at the hostel for convenience and vibes.Yet, Checking in, I was not given a blanket or a towel and thought it would just be in the room. There was not. Walked downstairs to be told I had to pay for a towel and blanket with cash. I was Not told there was a €20 deposit in cash for a towel and blanket for the bed upon checking in. I only brought a credit card. One of the staff finally gave me a towel and blanket bc I was going to just leave to a hotel. The deposit Is refundable though which is good. The place is clean yet not very welcoming, They are a hotel also, which I believe is there first priority. Left early for my hotel and the attendant was not very friendly. Happy to leave.

Super Hostel, in gute Lage und super sauber

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Sehr sauber und komfortabel. Alle Betten haben Rollos und somit Privatsphäre. Sanitäranlagen und Duschen neu und sauber. Lage ist wunderbar = in paar Minuten in der Altstadt.
