The apartment was nice, just the bathroom was pretty small. The view from the roof was nice. The only downside was a parking. We got the map but the parking lots on the map did not appear safe so we had to look for our own parking for an overnight

There were good points and not so good points to the hotel. Firstly the location is excellent, in terms of being very close to the harbour. However, you have to walk to another Elia hotel to collect your keys though, which is about a 5 minute walk away. You can't get a taxi to either hotel, so get the taxi to drop you close to Elia Estia (closest point; corner of Katre and Kanevaro streets), leave your bags and travel partner at Elia Estia whilst the other person goes to collects the key! We had a room facing the back of the hotel (not facing the harbour). Our room was very big, with a very big bed and air con and a balcony (bathroom was small, but had nice toiletries). There was also a lounge area with a small kitchenette which would have been useful if we wanted to make any of our own meals. We didn't experience the night-time noise that the rooms overlooking the harbour sometimes experience. For the price we felt we got a good room with lots of space and very close to the harbour. The only downside is the number of stair you have to walk to get to the top floor, where the hotel rooms are. If you are young and fit, then the stairs aren't a problem, but if older and less fit, beware - there is no lift and we found carrying our case up and down in the heat, quite hard work. However, for the price we paid, we felt it was a good stay.

The room had everything we needed, comfortable bed, balcony, powerful shower, sofa and kitchenette. Beds were made up everyday. Everyone was friendly, helpful and made us feel so welcome. Would definitely go back again

Everything was great. It was clean, central to everything. There are two nightclubs right below, and in Greece the clubs go on until 4am so just keep that in mind. The AC and YouTube can drown out the 2000s pop beats. Everything is really great, it’s just loud at night.

BEWARE! This is the worst lie ever. It has nothing to do with the pictures or the description. 1) There is no parking. 2) In order to get to your room, you have to walk a quarter of a mile to the reception to receive a key. 3) Once inside the building, the first floor is 50+ steps up. 4) Inside the room, it’s old, dirty, and NO VIEW AT ALL. It looks over the rooftop of buildings. 5) People working there are rude. 6) When asked for help with the luggage when checking out, we were told there’s only one receptionist so they can’t. I highly doubt that the good reviews are real. Book at your own risk!

Très beau appartement points positifs : en plein centre appartement tout confort Points négatifs : demande et payer une chambre supérieure avec vue hors j'ai eu une vue côté rue vue sur toit dommage. Le lit est fait tout les jours pas forcément le nettoyage L'entrée dans le bâtiment est assez étroit A retenir également que cet hôtel tous ne se passe pas dans le même bâtiment à savoir la réception dans une rue, le petit déjeuner dans la même rue mais un autre bâtiment et les appartements dans un autre bâtiment pas très loin certe mais je ne trouve pas ça simple pour une personne qui n'a pas le sens de l'orientation ça doit être assez compliqué

Awful experience!

Upon arrival we were told there was no shuttle service available and we would have to walk 15 min from the bus station in a heat advisory with our luggage. We were not able to secure an early check in so we walked around as they don’t have a real lobby. The small lobby they do have is extremely warm even with fans blowing. Here’s the juicy part, there is no where on the ad where it states the room is located away from where you check in. We had to walk some more up a hill through the town on cobblestone. The only decent part was they had a guy help with the luggage. Upon getting to the actual room, we were told there is NO ELEVATOR and we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs. For someone with previous knee injuries, this was not ideal. Getting into the room we sat on a hard as a wooden board couch, and although the building is old, it just wasn’t clean. It was quite dusty and we ended up wiping everything down. After 1 night we decided we could not keep hiking those stairs everyday of the trip. I went to the reception desk to inform them of all the issues and rather than an apology for their lack of transparency about the state of the property and the lack of amenities, I was met with constant argument. I checked out and requested a refund for the remaining days as we had to find another hotel and was told by them they could not do so. I had Expedia contact them and they doubled down. DO NOT STAY HERE! These people are dishonest and not helpful!

Very unique and historic property. Excellent location. Large spacious rooms. Most rooms overlook the water. Keep in mind that there is no elevator- but the staff will help you take luggage up. Most important- stay in touch with them thru WhatsApp to coordinate your check-in time because check-in happens in another location that is a 7 min walk away in the hot sun. If you message them in advance, they can do the check-in at this property itself.

Rommet var greit med flott utsikt over havna, mange trapper opp ! Det står at rommet er isolert mot lyd. Dette er IKKE riktig ! Stor glippe over terrassedøren så lyden kom rett inn på soverommet, liten forskjell om døren var åpen eller lukket. I tillegg ligger rommet rett over en Night Club så det var mye støy på rommet frem til ca 4 om natten. Dette må utbedres, ellers så bør man ikke booke dette rommet.

Das service war zu gut, täglicher Handtuch- und pantoffelwechsel wären nicht notwendig, die Kochmöglichkeit war sehr eingeschränkt und wir haben 2 Kaffeelöffel gespendet, da nur einer vorhanden war. Weingläser gab es keine. Bei unserer ankunft gab es auch keine nachttischlampen, die aber auf unsere dringliche anfrage am gleichen tag bereitgestellt wurden. Der empfang war sehr freundlich und unser gepäck wurde sehr liebenswürdigerweise vom empfangsbüro von einem mitarbeiter ins appartement bis in den letzten stock geschleppt! Also insgesamt sehr ok!
