+ Clean, nice people, nice view! + Every day cleaned room! We had much space! - One thing is that you can hear the People living above us loudly. Moving chairs and stuff. Espacially in the Morning or the evening before bed. - Second, the shower was switching between extremely hot and very cold all the time. That made showering difficult. - Parking limited (end of August) Overall 7,5/10 ☀️

The hotel is located about 5-10 minute walk to the beach with a bunch of restaurants around as well as a ton of pools. Breakfast was excellent! Would stay here again.

I liked the fact that it was very clean, quiet and offered a fantastic hillside view of Chania and the water from our room. I didn't like the fact that parking is extremely limited and the hotel food in the all inclusive was mediocre.

We stayed in an ocean view room and the view was beautiful. Nice breeze. Location is high up with steep slopes, not feasible for older and those with bad backs. Property has elevator to avoid the slope but is hard to find. Definitely helpful once it is found. Interior could use some upgrades. But it was clean and comfortable enough. Enjoyed my stay.

Hello, our stay was from July 29th to August 5th, and we booked an all-inclusive package. **Pros:** - **Location:** We had a studio apartment with a balcony and a sea view, and the view was truly beautiful. The path to the beach is a bit steep and takes about 10 minutes, but it didn't bother me personally. - **Food:** The food was very tasty and varied, with different dishes served for lunch and dinner each day. Breakfast was the same every morning, but there was a lot of variety to choose from. It's worth mentioning that there are some street cats around, but they just walk around and don't bother anyone while eating. :) - **Mini-market:** The mini-market was open every day from 8 AM to 11 PM. It is located right by the pool, and you could buy swimwear, towels, snacks, alcohol, etc., there. **Cons:** - **Snack bar:** The Caldera Village website advertised the snack bar and cocktail bar beautifully, but reality was different. It was said that the snack bar would be open from 11 AM to 6 PM, but unfortunately, it was already empty by noon, and it wasn't restocked. The offerings there were also not that great. - **Cocktail bar:** The cocktails were only served in small paper cups and did not taste good. They were simply local spirits mixed with some juice. - **Pool:** It was very annoying that most of the pool loungers were already reserved by 6:30 in the morning. This is unacceptable, and I believe the staff should have enforced rules and done something about

Enjoyed stay but wasn’t in love

Booked for 6 nights as part of our honeymoon. I think we were a little misled by the images on here that it was a modern and adultsy hotel whereas when we arrived we realised there were a lot of young families and a few areas were a bit dated/tired. Overall though we enjoyed our stay, beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious, free parking and good location with some nice local restaurants. All inclusive breakfast is OK but pretty bored of it by day 6.

Das Caldera Village ist eine wunderschöne Hotelanlage im "Village"-Stil. Wir hatten ein wunderbares Zimmer mit einem fantastischen Ausblick und genossen jeden Morgen ein wunderbares Frühstück, welches wir gebucht hatten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal, dass sich sehr bemüht hat. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und hatten über die gesamte Zeit einen wunderbaren Austausch. Ein besonderer Dank gilt Sudesh und Ajay vom Restaurant und Bar-Bereich, Eva im Minimarkt sowie Eleni und Katerina von der Rezeption. Tolle Persönlichkeiten! Meine 3 Sterne-Bewertung wäre eigentlich eine 5 Sterne-Bewertung. 2 Sterne weniger weil es ein Sicherheitsrisiko im Bereich aller Treppenstufen gibt, die die einzelnen Etagen der Hotelzimmer miteinander verbinden. Dort werden täglich die Stufen gereinigt, jedoch mit Wasser und Reinigungsmittel regelrecht geflutet. Schilder mit einem Hinweis auf Rutschgefahr gab es, jedoch unzureichend und teilweise falsch platziert, sodass sie nicht gesehen wurden. Mein Freund rutschte eines Morgens auf nassem Boden aus und verletzte sich das Knie. Ein Wunder, dass nicht noch Schlimmeres passiert ist, da sein Kopf beim Aufprall die letzte Stufe der Treppe nur um wenige Zentimeter verfehlte. Das Management ist informiert (es gibt ein Bericht) und ist hier dringend gefragt für eine dauerhafte Verbessung des Reinigungsprozesses zu sorgen und somit auch für mehr Sicherheit der Gäste zu sorgen. Das Personal war sehr bemüht. Das Management muss hier handeln.

Vi är väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse på hotellet. Personalen var trevliga, hjälpsamma och gav ett varmt bemötande under hela vår vistelse. Rummet vi fick var verkligen 10/10 – rent, fräscht och överträffade våra förväntningar. Det uppstod dock lite krångel kring bokningen vid ankomst. Vi har tidigare upplevt att bokningar via Hotels.com inte alltid verkar stämma överens med hotellets system. Som tur var löste personalen situationen på ett bra sätt, vilket vi uppskattade. Ett utvecklingsområde som vi gärna vill lyfta är poolområdet. Vi önskar tydligare rutiner och regler kring säkerhet och hänsyn vid poolen. Under vår vistelse förekom det en del vilda hopp från poolkanten, vilket gjorde att miljön ibland kändes stökig och mindre avkopplande. Vi förstår att detta inte nödvändigtvis är hotellets fel, men tydligare riktlinjer och uppföljning skulle kunna bidra till en lugnare och mer trivsam upplevelse för alla gäster. Sammanfattningsvis hade vi en mycket bra vistelse och kan absolut rekommendera hotellet.

很棒的住宿

雖然交通上來說有點不方便，但是如果自己開車的話就沒有差。服務人員的態度非常的親切，房間很大，乾淨又舒適，如果有膠囊式咖啡機的話就更好了。眺望海洋的視野很好，環境非常的棒，很值得推薦。

Mukava ja siisti hotelli,henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Huoneemmekin korotettiin pyytämättä suurempaan merinäköalalliseen ilman lisämaksuja. Fint opphold

Veldig fint og intimt hotell med veldig god service og hyggelige ansatte. Flere basseng og nydelig utsikt utover havet. Fikk til og med et bedre rom ved innsjekk fordi hotellet hadde et ledig. Satte stor pris på det! Litt lite sentralt, og en småtung bratt bakke for å komme seg til hotellet.

Det ända negativa är att de är en helvetes backe upp att gå i. Vi tog taxi upp varje gång vi var nere vid stranden. Annars allt med hotellet jätte bra, fint fräscht, väldigt stort område 3 olika pooler men vi va varje dag vid den största (baren)

Majoittuisin ehdottomasti toistekin

Huone oli siisti, ilmastoitu ja toivotut yksityiskohdat toteutettiin täysin. Uima-altaita moneen lähtöön, henkilökunta todella ystävällistä, monipuolinen aamiainen. AINOA miinus oli, että kun hotelli sijaitsee hyvin korkealla, on sinne kävellessä hyvin jyrkkä nousu. Mutta näkymät todellakin ovat nousun arvoiset.

Det är bra hotell med uppmärksam personal. Vi hade bara frukost, den var väldigt bra, men samma hela tiden. Gratis solstolar på stranden är bara i fjärde rad från havet, vilket är ändå bra. Det tar 10-15 minuter att gå till havet. Det finns två stora pooler. Den enda nackdelen för oss var backen upp.
