Property was very easy to get to, room was comfortable and AC worked well. TV had some troubles working but ultimately we did not use it much so it did not matter. Staff was very prompt and attentive to anything we needed.

Room was very basic and overpriced just because it has a mountain view and on the Ha Giang Loop. We had no hot water on arrival after a long ride on the Ha Giang Loop. The receptionist was good.
