The chalet measures approximately 140 m² with a large garden and a superb balcony terrace, ideal for families. It can accommodate up to 9 adults.
Baby cots and high chairs are available upon request.

The chalet features a large garden, balconies, and a balcony terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture, perfect for enjoying the great outdoors and panoramic mountain views.
🛋️ LIVING SPACE
The living room is located upstairs. Warmly and modernly decorated, it includes a relaxation area, a fireplace, an open-plan kitchen, and a dining area, with breathtaking mountain views.
Upstairs, on the mezzanine, there is another relaxation area with a television and a console table, ideal for younger guests.
The dining table can seat around ten people.

The kitchen has everything you need for comfortable cooking: hob, extractor hood, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, fondue and raclette sets, etc.

The chalet is equipped with a Nespresso machine, and a few capsules will be provided upon your arrival.

All linens are provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels).
Bedroom 1: On the ground floor. Has a pull-out bunk bed and storage space.
Bedroom 2: On the ground floor. Has a double bed and a shower room.
Bedroom 3: On the top floor. Has a double bed.
Bedroom 4: On the top floor. Has a double bed.
A separate toilet is located on the ground floor and another is located in the living room.
🛁 BATHROOM
The accommodation has two bathrooms. Basic toiletries are provided (shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, towels, bath mat).
Bathroom 1: Shower, sink, and toilet.
Bathroom 2: Bathtub and sink.
The ground floor and upper floors each have a separate toilet.
🎿 SKI / STORAGE AREA
The garage can accommodate one car, but you can also store your skis or bikes; there is a boot dryer and heater.
You can enjoy a 10% discount on equipment rentals at the Ravanel sports shop located directly across from the chalet.
🚘 PARKING
You can comfortably park two vehicles in front of the property and one in the garage.
🧺 LAUNDRY ROOM
The garage contains a washing machine and dryer, as well as a clothes horse and ironing equipment.

You have full access to the chalet during your stay. The garden is also private.
You can access the chalet on your own. However, we remain available for any questions or calls before and during your stay.
The property is located in a quiet area, close to the center of Les Praz, and the ski lifts are within walking distance. It is also less than 5 minutes from the center of Chamonix.
You will need to navigate stairs inside the property.
