The large, 6 bedroom, 2 bath home can comfortably sleep up to 18 people in beds. With two living rooms (one with new furniture in 2020) and 2 dining rooms, there is ample space to spread out. The back deck offers beautiful views of the hills and a gas grill to cook that fresh caught Walleye on. The Missouri River is steps away, and fishing from shore is possible.
The front deck offers the perfect spot to relax, drink a cool beverage and enjoy the view. The large shaded yard is the perfect spot for family games. Start a fire in the fire pit and make some memories or relive some old ones while watching the sun set over the beautiful Missouri River. Minutes from town, boat docks, public beach and Public Hunting and Shooting Range.
Enjoy the beautiful sunsets while gathered around the firepit catching up with family and friends.

Perfect home by the river

This home was perfect for a family fishing getaway. Beautiful location and plenty of room to spread out. Communication with the property manager was great. Would definitely recommend and we will book again next year if dates align.

Great place for a reunion

6 retirees / former co-workers from the Colorado Division of Wildlife convened from various places to celebrate our decades-long friendship. The place met our needs extremely well. Dog friendly for well-behaved canines such as ours. Enjoyed taking the pups down the steps to the beach to romp in the water.

This property has a great location. The photos are a little outdated. The house could use some updating. But it was perfect for our little family get together with kids and dogs.

Nice place for a little get away

Was a nice place for the family and a few extended family to get together. Would recommend to people wanting a little get away. Only thing I wish we knew a head of time is where it says queen beds, they are actually full size beds. That makes a difference when you are thinking how many beds you need. Another thing to note but not a big deal is to get to the water you do have to walk down a path that for some people a little older may not be able to do. Especially when coming back up.

We loved this property!

Kerri (the property manager) was wonderful! She was quick to respond to every question we had. We really enjoyed how well stocked this property is. We definitely did not need to pack as much as we did. We enjoyed the central air after many hoottttt days fishing and fans for every room to move the air and help with sound if a group member wanted to nap. Haha! There was plenty of seating in the front AND back of the house for all of us. It was too hot to have a fire most nights, but we did enjoy several BEAUTIFUL sunsets! Our group of 15 (11 adults, 4 kids) will be back!

Perfect for active families!

This home was perfect for a friends/family holiday weekend with 6 young boys that crave outdoor activities, space and swimming. We felt completely at home with the amenities and vast spaces available outdoors for our families. On top of the cleanliness, there is ample room for everyone to gather or hideout when a break is needed. One of the most under reported perks of this home is the amazing shoreline with access to the river for swimming. We had no concerns about children in life jackets and river currents due to the protected area and shallowness it provided. Our boys could skip rocks all day long if you let them! Communication with Karri, the property manager, was spectacular. She responded quickly to any questions or issues that arose and made sure we were taken care of. Thanks, Karri!

Perfect for a group of friends and their kids to get away and enjoy the river. House is a bit dated, but very clean. Easy to walk to the water and beach a boat to tube or ski. Bed numbers are accurate and AC worked awesome!

Stayed with family ages 2-83 for a fishing trip. 10 minutes from town. Nice views of river/lake and very peaceful. Good decks in front and back-was very hot and windy so we didn’t use the firepits. Loved the huge sectional and other living room with good windows/views! Like that we could close the door to the downstairs to keep the toddler safe/upstairs. This house has a ton of beds! 4bedrooms upstairs and 2bedrooms downstairs plus entry area had 3 twins. 1bedroom downstairs was definitely damp/musty and smelled bad. Beds were clean and nice white towels. Bathroom upstairs was nice. Downstairs bathroom was very small. Gave 4 stars because of downstairs bedroom and a few areas needing a good cleaning. Nice stay.
