The food at the restaurant is not too special but the sea view is very beautiful. Friendly staff helped us clean the room every day."

"The location of this hotel was wonderful - it’s on a little island where the side of the street food stalls were. It has a lovely bustle but was also quiet enough. We had a little balcony which overlooked parts of the town and river. The facilities were great and during our stay nobody else used the pool. "Amazing 4 bed villa with a fabulous outdoor area (pool, balcony, deck). Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, making this a great choice for a getaway with friends or family. "

"I've only not given a top score on condition, as there was a ceiling water leak at ground floor between the lift and the swimming pool, which here would have a sign warning you - not that anyone slipped that I saw, but not 10/10. Perfectly located away form the bustle and the centre, but crawling distance to, it was very peaceful and the road itself quite pleasant. I particularly liked staying on the island as it felt like retreating from Hoi An for a bit."

Staff were extremely friendly & helpful, varying degrees of english comprehension which wasn't that much of a negative & was more than compensated by their fantastic customer service, nothing was a problem. They would help organise day trips, tell you which shopping malls were best & got the right Grab at the right price. Beautiful villa and clean beach.
