"I had a really great stay at this hotel. Everything was modern, clean, and comfortable. My room was lovely — very cozy bed, stylish bathroom, and even a fridge, which was super convenient. The whole place feels really well looked after. I stayed in autumn and it was so peaceful. There’s a beautiful little stream behind the hotel, and the pools and outdoor spaces look amazing — perfect for summer. The location is quiet and relaxing, though there aren’t many restaurants nearby. It’s about a 10-minute drive to Quillan. The staff were fantastic — really friendly, welcoming, and professional. The front desk service was excellent, and the waitress at the restaurant was lovely too. Parking on-site was easy and convenient. I truly enjoyed my stay and would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the pools and sunshine!"

"We had a beautiful, large room with a canopy bed. All the furniture was elegant and antique in style. We had a huge bathroom with double sinks. The room came with robe and slippers. Our room was on the second floor reached by a spiral stone staircase. They brought our luggage to the room. Dinner is available and we enjoyed our meal in a stone walled room. Breakfast was served there too. It has a lovely courtyard where they served drinks. It was an amazing experience and I highly recommend staying here. "

"Lovely and relaxing stay, really well equipped for large groups to get away. Nothing fussy so an ideal choice for a large group with children - plenty of bits to explore and space to run around. Christian was really helpful and quick to respond to any questions, including introduction to chef Alain. Rafting near Foix recommended and a trip to Mirepoix market and the Carcassonne light show.
