"This is my second stay at this hotel. I love the convenience to the airport. Despite being close to the airport, the room was quiet. The swimming pool is large with plenty of lounge chairs. The restaurant is good value for money. They offer a nice buffet breakfast (150 baht as of October 2025). I would not consider staying at any other hotel near the airport."

"I loved the location,and the staff is impeccable. Palmy and her crew are so pleasant. The hotel has small signs of wear and tear but no dealbreakers. The shower had a minor issue with temperature control and the door was a bit uneven and loose. Again, I would stay here all over again. I loved it. "

"Great hotel for decent price. Great breakfast buffet options with a coffee machine. Very close to the airport, so great for transiting. Will need to catch a bolt/grab/taxi to get to anywhere of interest however. Very far from a lot of places. "

"This is a great hotel to arrive at when traveling to Bangkok. The glass bottom pool is beautiful. We arrived early, and the charming and always friendly receptionists on floor 32 were able to upgrade our room and let us check in early. Not sure this is always possible, but we're grateful that they could accommodate us. The beds are comfortable and the standard and corner rooms, while not large, are set up efficiently for a couple. There are larger rooms with bathtub for longer stays or if travelling with children. There is a Lotus across the street with a food court. The On Nut BTS Station is a short walk and very convenient. Enjoy!"

"The property was next to the sky train which made it very convenient to get around. The staff was courteous and very helpful to your desired needs. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and shopping was couple stops on the sky train."
