LE GÎTE DU BOIS DE L'HIVER, large character property at the foot of the Puy-de-Dôme mountains

In the village of Montmeyre, the "Gîte du Bois de l'Hiver" combines the beauty of the old and the elegance of modernity. The neat decoration of this house will offer a warm and relaxing setting for 2 families with all the expected comforts. And it is facing the Puy-de-Dôme, at breakfast time, on the terrace bathed in the rising sun, that you will choose to live your Auvergne experience: sporting, relaxing or cultural, 20 minutes from Clermont and in the heart of the volcano park.

The house, a renovated traditional Auvergne barn, offers an original configuration of feng-shui inspiration, focused on through light and the circulation of energies, hence the presence of a glass roof as a separation in one of the mezzanines, on the floor of the second bedroom, and in the corridor.

The third bedroom and bathroom are separated from the rest of the sleeping area by doors. On the other hand, the first and second bedrooms are separated by a glass roof, and a fabric canopy for the ceiling of the second. The first, nestled under the mezzanine roofs, is accessible by small stairs but does not have a door.
The second has one and has a fabric canopy for the ceiling, and a glass roof on the floor. The first bathroom closes with a blackout curtain, the second, opening, into one of the bedrooms closes with a frosted glass door.

The 10 beds, which can accommodate up to 9 ADULTS and 1 CHILD, are distributed as follows:
-1 very attic bedroom can accommodate 2 adults in a 140 cm bed,
-1 bedroom for 2 also offers a 160cm bed, presence of, a glass roof on the floor.
-1 third bedroom with 2 twin beds of 90 cm, and on the mezzanine of this third sleeping area, a 90cm pull-out bed that can accommodate an adult (or 1 teenager and a younger child in the drawer of the pull-out bed).
-1 convertible sofa bed located in the living room. This extra bed can accommodate 2 adults as well.
