"Résidence à fuir car le personnel sur place est très déplorable et pas professionnel La personne sur place s’est permise de nous décaler la reservation sans nous prévenir sous prétexte qu’il avait un problème dans l’appartement. "From the moment we booked, everything went so smoothly. The apt was perfect size for the two of us. Everything was clean and comfortable. Walter responded promptly when I had questions. I would definitely recommend this place."

"L'environnement était très bruyant toutes les nuits et le niveaux de propreté général de la résidence est médiocre. La literie est également décevante. Les 2 piscines de la résidence sont dissociés en 2 "zones" (Jawhara smir 1 et 2" mais ne disposent pas du même niveau de service (parasols et transat non disponible à Jawhara 2 où nous étions malheureusement). "We spent 2 weeks in the villa with family and friends. It was perfect for everyone, with lots to see and do nearby, a lovely beach we could walk to and the gorgeous pool for refreshing swims. Thank you for having us! "

"The place over all was magnificent the staff were absolutely amazing. It was clean well maintained had a water park and midway rides but there was a horrible sewer smell coming from the bathroom that permiated everything. We had to sleep with the bathroom door closed with the fan on and all the windows open and bedroom door closed"

Great Hotel

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness in the rooms and breakfast area was excellent. The choice of food for breakfast was good and should suite everyone. Only criticism was that the carpets in the room looked a little tired, not dirty but marked, which is why I personally prefer wooden wooden or tiled floors in hotels. Overall experience was still 10/10."
