Relaxing retreat in the heat of Alacati

The property is beautiful right in the heart of the town. The staff especially Niyazi were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were clean and spacious and the pool area is lovely and relaxing. A great stay.

Location is at just 2 min walking to heart of Alacati. Rooms are very clean and well decorated. Staff and hotel management is very helpful and running for your holiday satisfaction. Pool is enough to swim for a boutique hotel. Breakfast is delicious with local homemade tastes.

Ideal in Every Way

The hotel is the perfect blend of charm and sophistication. With an ideal location and excellent service, the atmosphere is one to be savored. Breakfast was a treat, as was the exceptional care given by Niyazi (concierge extraordinaire). He was a Godsend, arranged everything for us. Merve, the hotel manager, was also very helpful and lovely. I look forward to a return trip and a longer stay.

Wonderful holiday felt like home

We booked 2 rooms at Bey Evi Hotel and we were so happy with our choice. The location is very central Alaçatı but even tough, the rooms are very good isolated for sound. They are traditional style but everything is functional and looked after in the room. I have to thank specifically to Niyazi Bey and Nihat Bey, they looked after us the whole stay, we felt at home. They never said no, always came with solutions if we had a question. They even provided us medicine when I got a bit cold. So this is a place where you receive personal care by professionel and nice people. I can only suggest without hesitation.

5★ — Wonderful stay at Bey Evi Hotel We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Bey Evi Hotel. From the moment we arrived the team made us feel welcome and truly cared for, even though we arrived at very short notice they handled everything with efficiency, warmth, and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our last-minute requests: they arranged a smooth, late check-in, helped with our luggage, and even organised transport and local tips when we needed them. Their attentiveness removed all stress from our arrival and set the tone for a perfect stay. The room was beautiful, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully prepared, comfortable bed, crisp linens, and lovely little touches that made it feel special. The decor is tasteful and the hotel’s ambiance is peaceful and charming; it felt like a calm oasis after exploring the city. The bathroom was spotless and well equipped, and housekeeping kept everything refreshed daily without ever being intrusive. Breakfast each morning was delightful fresh, varied and served with a smile. The communal areas and terraces are gorgeous places to relax with excellent views (and a great place for morning coffee). Location is excellent — convenient for nearby attractions yet quiet enough for a restful night. What really set Bey Evi apart was the team: friendly, genuine, and proactive. They offered helpful local recommendations, booked activities for us, and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.

Very beautiful boutique hotel with peaceful courtyard with a small bar and pool. Very friendly and helpful staff. Inside the pedestrian only part of town so easy walking to all the shops and restaurants etc. great spread of food for breakfast. (unfortunately, con was hot water in the shower only lasted for maybe 2 mins…. With us trying different times of day etc too and the AC unit was very loud: thank goodness for ear plugs). Otherwise we loved our stay here!

The breakfast and location are the highlights of this hotel. Cetin is a real asset to the team - we really enjoyed our chats with him and he made us feel so well looked after throughout our stay. Unfortunately where things fell short of expectations is cleanliness of our room and facilities provided. We may not have noticed these things if we were only staying for a day or two, but after three of our four nights’ stay we realised our floor wasn’t being cleaned, towels potentially not replaced despite being put on the floor (they smelt damp and were creased), and bedsheets not changed upon request after 3 days which should be a normal perk of being on holiday, if not the bare minimum. Provision of toiletries, face towels, minibar and dressing gowns as advertised was hit and miss. We reported that the water from our sink and shower had a foul smell every so often on the first day of our stay but this didn’t improve. On our last day the hot water ran out while I was in the shower. Maybe they weren’t yet ready for guests given we stayed in the shoulder season but guest expectations should perhaps be managed accordingly. We had the only occupied room at one point during our stay and at maximum there were only three rooms of fifteen occupied so we expected some more care. Instead we often had to remind about teatime but given that is just cay with no freshly baked goods or similar as stated in older reviews it’s probably not even worth mentioning as something to look forward to.

Room was amazing on the ground floor looking out on the pool. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide selection of fruit, salad, cheese, bread and eggs, each day was slightly different from the day before, it came with water and coffee. We stayed mid June and there was plenty of space around the pool, shade if you wanted it and a nice cooling breeze. Room had air conditioning and a really good strong shower. Hotel is at the end of the main street so lots of shops, bars and restaurants within 100 yards but the hotel was an oasis of calm. Niyazi was really helpful and couldn't do enough for us, and had excellent English. We really appreciated the Wifi as we didn't have mobile data.
There were 5 kittens when we stayed.
