"The place they put me in was not the place I paid for. I was supposed to stay in the saturno, but they put me in another place called Stella polare. It was dirty, with cobwebs everywhere and probably hadn't been used in months. The shower was broken, stove didn't work, and a whole host of other issues, including no wifi - they said I should go to the beach for that.
The following morning they did fix some of the issues, and I got an explanation as to why they didn't put me in the saturno, which...

"Bei unseren Buchung via Expedia waren die Bettwäsche und Handtücher inklusive. Als wir kamen in den Camping mussten wir das anfragen, sie sagten kosten 5Eur pro Handtuch, wir haben dann unsonst bekommen da in der Buchung geschrieben war. Auch sollten wir 5Eur pro Tag Parking bezahlen, wenn für jede Mobilehome ein Stellplatz ist. Da nachsaison war, haben sie uns nicht kassiert. Auch haben angeboten bis 22 Uhr zu bleiben am check out Tag. Die Küche hatte keinen Schwam, Spühlmittel, Geschirrtücher....

"I punti di forza sono la posizione ed il terrazzo che è grande come l'appartamento, con la vista mare (tra due palazzi a ridosso di piazza Zenith).Purtroppo la zona giorno è molto piccola e se si vuole mangiare dentro in 4 si sta molto stretti, con una persona che deve sedere sul divano. Il bagno è piccolo con la finestrella che dà sul corridoio comune; la doccia ha la tenda e si trova al centro, tra il bidet e il lavabo.
