Het is een ruim huis met een ruime fijne tuin. In de buurt zijn er leuke dingen voor en met kinderen te doen. Het huis zelf is enorm schoon en de bedden/kussen sliepen heerlijk. Een nadeel zou kunnen zijn dat het huis erg gehorig is en de keukenbenodigdheden vielen wat tegen. Ook de vaatwasser functioneerde niet. 2 grote koelenkasten waren wel weer ideaal!

Het huis was zeer ruim en netjes. We hadden geluk met het weer:30 graden. Lekker buiten, maar boven in de slaapkamers was het snik heet. Dat was eigenlijk het enige minpuntje. En om dat puntje naar positief te draaien, zijn we s’avonds lekker lang op het fijne ruime terras blijven zitten. Voor 8 personen een prima woning. De kinderen hadden leuke dingen georganiseerd in de omgeving. Genoeg te doen. Een huis om aan te bevelen…ja. En gelukkig spreekt de eigenaresse behoorlijk Nederlandse. Fijn als je iets wilt vragen. Tip: neem toch maar wat theedoeken mee. 😁

Het huisje in Soumoy was rustig en in een mooie omgeving. Bij mooi weer kun je goed buiten zitten. De keuken was erg basic, weinig keukengerei. Na 2 dagen hebben we de vaatwasser niet meer gebruikt, omdat deze uit elkaar viel en erg vies was. De deur van de vriezer sloot slecht. Het huisje is binnen erg gehorig. Alles wat je beneden zegt, hoor je boven letterlijk en andersom.

De eigenaars zijn supervriendelijke en hulpvaardige mensen. Het huis voldeed volledig aan onze verwachtingen. Veel uitstappen kunnen maken op slechts een half uurtje van ons verblijf. Een echte aanrader.

Standardreinigungskosten von 60 Euro, auch wenn alles gereinigt und sauber hinterlassen wird. WLAN ist nicht verfügbar und Dinge wie Strom, Wasser und Heizung werden zusätzlich berechnet. Aus einem Aufenthalt, der anfangs 351 Euro für ein Wochenende kostet, wird schnell ein Aufenthalt von ca. 435 Euro. Der Besitzer antwortet während des Aufenthalts nicht immer auf Nachrichten und ist nicht immer freundlich in der Kommunikation. Obendrein wurden wir mit einer Predigt über Vormieter empfangen. P.S.: Gut zu wissen: Die Unterkunft befindet sich entlang des Wohnhauses des Eigentümers und über einer Wohnung (ebenfalls vom Eigentümer gemietet)

Excellent sauf l'insonorisation du batiment

la maison , son jardin, son emplacement et les propriétaires tout est bien sauf l'insonorisation et les chambres en sous pente. J'explique ; les planchers de la maison sont en bois ce qui donne un charme mais n'insonorisent pas les volumes ,mais font plutot raisonnance. Attention aux lits dans les sous pentes en cas de reveil brutal !!

Het huis was ruimer dan ik had gedacht en, dankzij het goed weer, hebben we goed gebruik kunnen maken van de mooie tuin. De omgeving is er ook mooi en biedt voldoende mogelijkheden om te wandelen. Belangrijkste minpunten waren de trapjes in het midden van de gang (ben er eens over gevallen) en het feit dat het huis erg gehorig is (niet ideaal met een kleine baby).

Points positifs: - propriétaires très sympas et cordiaux - logement bien spacieux pour accueillir 8 personnes - 1 salle de bain + 1 douche: très utile - lave-vaisselle très fonctionnel, 2 frigos/congélateurs (très pratique) - belle terrasse, grand jardin, possibilité de faire un barbecue - endroit très calme, on n'entend que les moutons et les vaches :-) - le logement était très propre à notre arrivée - possibilité de mettre les vélos à l'abri dans une petite remise - 200€ d'acompte et le décompte est remboursé rapidement (les 60€ de nettoyage sont automatiquement retirés de l'acompte) Points un peu moins positifs: - la vaisselle disponible commence à se faire vieille (assiettes et bols ont des petits coups) - pas de wifi disponible, c'est un peu dommage - étant donné la grandeur de la pièce, une plus grande TV serait un + - peut-être prévoir quelques articles de cuisine supplémentaire pour un séjour encore plus réussi: presse-fruit, grille-pain, four à micro-ondes. - prévoir également une raclette, un seau et un torchon. Pour des longs séjours, c'est plus qu'utile, surtout quand il pleut, au moins, ça permet au locataire de garder le logement propre.

De inrichting is heel eenvoudig en niet zo gezellig. Alle voorzieningen zijn wel aanwezig in de keuken om een volwaardige maaltijd te bereiden. Maar een afrekening achteraf voor 'verbruikskosten' vonden we toch wat overdreven. We betaalden € 60,00 voor opkuis, maar hebben nog alles opnieuw in de vaatwas gestoken omdat het niet proper was van de vorige bezoekers. En daar dan nog verbruikskosten op betalen vind ik wel heel jammer. Kortom, ok maar geen aanrader.

Hallo, Ik ben ten zeerste verbolgen over de manier waarop wij werden afgezet door de verhuurders van de vakantiewoning. Ik wil dit zeker doorgev aan u als overkoepelende organisatie. Wij betaalden een waarborg van 200 euro. En 60 euro eindreiniging. Er was ook al geen keus om het zelfde doen. Er werden geen tellerstand opgenomen. De waarborg zou terug gestort worden, geen cash teruggave. Nu storten ze een bedrag terug met aftrek van 64,82 euro extra kosten voor water, elektr en verwarming. !? Dit is volledig afzetterij en een louche praktijk. Misschien trek ik hier toch aan het kortste eind maar dit gaat veel te ver. Hopelijk kunnen jullie die mensen tot de orde roepen. Het is zeker geen publiciteit voor hen maar ook niet voor Belvilla. Ik vond dat we al meer dan genoeg betaalden voor die week.

Het is een prachtig, ruim huis. Je moet wel 2 trapjes op om in het huisje te komen. Met je bagage is dat ff bikkelen. Er zijn weinig glazen. Wij hebben veel plastic bekers gekocht. Verder is de vaatwasser vies en daardoor wordt de vaat niet schoon. Bedden zijn goed, veel slaapkamers.

Het huisje was groot een ruim en had een grote achtertuin. Alles wat je nodig hebt was eigenlijk wel aanwezig. Het enige wat ik jammer vond was dat alles erg ver weg was en de bussen om hele rare tijden rijden. Ergens heen lopen kost je al gauw 2 uur en er waren nergens fietsen te huur voor een langere periode dan een paar uurtjes. Je moet echt een auto hebben. De omliggende dorpjes waren vooralsnog leuk om doorheen te lopen. Ook was het enorme meer vlakbij fantastisch.
