Although airport subtle was requested weeks in advance I was told at check-in that I never contacted the hotel. I showed the gentleman emails from the hotel asking me what time I wanted the shuttle and my response. He commented that I never got a reply back. I didn’t expect a reply back seeing I was responding to their Request for time. He said he would take care of it, but in the morning I was not on the shuttle list. The solution was to put me on a later shuttle, which caused a little anxiety getting to the airport on time.

This is 4th time staying here. Lovely hotel with nice pool and spa area. Rooms are clean and of good size. Parking secure and private 👍👍. Would recommend
