"We stayed here for the BTS concert. The Hilton Chicago had photo ops set up and played BTS music the whole weekend. It was fantastic. Hotel was beautiful and staff were attentive and friendly."

"The vallet parking ellos me tomaron el pago 2 veces , hace una semana ya llame la muchacha de la officina del Vallet Parking, No es nada amable y no sabe ni Que responder , me dijo tenia que decirlo al manager. ( Pero todo lo otro muy bueno , ah el personal del restaurante Cascada los meseros, tienes que llamarlos varias veces para Que te sirvan cafe .El check in fue exelente , las muchachas Que trabajan en el bote muy amables ."

"The hotel is located in a good area. It’s close enough to River Walk and also the Convention Center. Breakfast is what you would expect for a free breakfast. Want something different, Dennys is across the street. My only suggestion to the hotel would be to get larger pool towels. They were small and looked like cleaning towels. You needed 2-3 just to dry off."

"The Hotel is beautiful and in a great location. Balcony room was clean and a nice size. No problems with the hot water. The pool area is beautiful and nice to sit at night. The staff was helpful and efficient. I would definitely stay here again!! Great property!!"
