「We were only here for one night to attend a concert at Thunder Ridge; we will be back. The property is secluded and has rustic charm. The host is super friendly and made us feel very welcome. Be warned, the story behind the castle will tug at your heartstrings. The area is a certified black sky site, so on a clear night you can see so much. It's great for astrophotography. Perfect for an 11 year old boy - he LOVED exploring the castle and grounds, and I loved the gorgeous furnishings and comfy room (and I’ll be honest, I also loved exploring the grounds). David is so so so personable and welcoming. I only wish we had more time to hang out! 」

「This place was awesome! It’s beautiful, private, and the best for any Harry Potter fan. Our only downer was that there was an alarm going off in the closet in the kitchen. I tried to reach out to host several times, but didn’t get a text back and the phone number took me straight to voicemail.
