「This place was one of the highlights of our Switzerland road trip. Loved that it’s up in the mountains not accessible by car. The spa was wonderful, everything was clean and staff were quite helpful. I would highly recommend and look forward to hopefully coming back here again.」

「It was not made clear when booking that there is considerable construction work taking place at the front of the hotel. Whilst this had been paused for the summer, it was still an eyesore and meant that we couldn't enjoy the grounds that we thought would be there. It looked very different to the pictures advertised.
The room was very small and did not have air conditioning, which is surprising for a 4 star hotel. There were also various small maintenance issues.
This aside, the hotel overall...
