「Staff was so helpful! Very quick with any questions or requests. I had an early flight, and had to check out in the middle of the night. I had difficulty with Uber picking me up, and one of the staff of hotel kindly assisted me with finding an Uber ride and carrying my luggage. Felt so comfortable and welcome here. The room was great and I loved the food! Would definitely recommend.」
「Hard to find because hidden under construction green shade cloth and poor signage on street. Check in struggled to find my Expedia booking. Gave me the wrong room and not what I booked and then explained my room had a family in it. Given another room with just 1 bed and a mattress for the floor. No mention of wifi. No basic item like toilet paper. Bathroom and shower taps to trendy and confusing to use. Taxi booked for next day was a death trap vehicle that arrived late.」
「A wonderful stay to begin with. There was some construction underway during our stay, hence a bit loud. The pool closes early, so no late night relaxation possible. Apart from these foibles, it was very satisfactory. Great staff and breakfast is amazing.」
