"The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The only downside was the heavy traffic outside the hotel, which could be a bit inconvenient. Aside from that, everything else was great. I would definitely stay here again."

I go back because the pool is large, with lots of loungers and the breakfast has best variety of any hotel breakfast in the city. The staff is excellent, both friendly and professional. I appreciate the fact that there are posted rules for areas and the staff follows through with the rules, even when some customers complain. For instance, while at the pool recently, I saw a father arguing with the staff because he had put his young daughter in the pool in regular clothes. They pointed out that she needed to be in proper swim attire. He argued and yelled, but they held firm. Congratulations and well done to the staff!"
