The beach is right there but it’s rough so prepare to just relax on it not swim. There are swimmable beaches just short drives away. Overall. It’s a nice place. "

"This property is set on a very steep street. Walking from bottom (beach access) to top will leave you drenched in sweat given the heat and humidity. The beach has private access but it is a bit far and again very steep. Parking is horrendous due to steep incline and tight spaces. If you love parallel parking on a steep street, you will leave this. Rooms are nice enough and breakfast is excellent. "
