"I only wish they had gluten free options at the buffets. It was a little hard for me because I have celiac. Besides that we enjoyed the stay!!"

"The desk attendant was polite, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very good; however, the check-in was less than expected. Because we made the reservation through a third party, we had to pay a $100 security deposit to be refunded within 3 to 7 days if there was no damage to the room. We were not told about this with the booking and frankly it is the first time in all my travels this was required. Also, the room booked and prepaid, was one queen bed; they did not have a room with a single bed and upgraded us to one with two queen beds. With some discussion there was no additional fee. Overall the stay was good, I am just disappointed that we were not aware of the security deposit requirement."

"Stayed here last minute because of a volleyball tournament in Grand Rapids. Due to a remodel of some sorts they didn't have any breakfast just small muffins and donut holes of some kind. Room was seemingly clean until the shower... Mold on the ceiling and shower curtain. The mini fridge was lukewarm at best so that was disappointing for our drinks being warm for the following full day of games. Staff was very friendly, pool and hot tub were decent. Didn't get very many channels on the TV in our room either. Probably wouldn't stay here again for the cost but it was a place to sleep and could've been worse."

"We made our reservations in February and the hotel had a different name. All of the pictures on the booking page are very deceiving. There was no restaurant, no bar, no breakfast…..room was filthy, no blow dryer, half roll of toilet paper, dirty curtains, room hadn’t been vacuumed in months it looked like. Will be filing a complaint. Completely false advertisement!!!!!"

"We got there 10 minutes before check in, and they didn’t know how long before our room would be ready. They were booked solid since there was a concert in town. Our door handle was broken, we informed the staff and nothing was done. The restaurant on the rooftop was at half capacity but there was an hour wait. We were on the 8th floor, and the windows were so thin that we could actually hear car radios like we were in the car with them. I will never stay here again, this was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel."
