「One of the best experiences that I have ever had at a hotel. The girl that checked us in and out was awesome. Very friendly and very helpful. Also, the girl that took our order for breakfast was really sweet and nice. She took good care of us - it's been a while since I've seen good service like that. If we ever make a trip back to Alexandria, we will for sure be staying here again.」
「Would have given 5 stars on facilities, but gave 4 only due to two small issues. One, the treadmill in fitness center was broken and two, no way to turn on pool light (if there is one) for grandkids. With it getting dark earlier, pool lights would be helpful. Otherwise we always stay here when in town and service is always great with clean rooms. 」
「One bedroom king suite was perfect for our 30 year anniversary. There is plenty to do and explore in the area and the food was good, especially the chicken quesadilla. The check in was great and the staff was very nice and helpful. 」
