"Natchitoches is a beautiful town! Especially around the holidays. The Chateau Saint Denis is a lovely old hotel that has been well kept. It has a beautiful courtyard with a view of some of the lovely town buildings. We had to hit the road early the next morning, so we didn’t get to enjoy breakfast, but we enjoyed a restful sleep on a comfy mattress. We were very pleased with our stay. "

"We stopped late in the night as a half way point on our trip back home, just to sleep. At the time, there was no hot water, but that didn’t bother us because all we wanted was sleep and to get up the next morning and get on the road. We could shower at home. The receptionists were sweet— checking in and out. Speaking for room 109: Nice, big room. VERY comfortable beds! I would book here again, but I’d call first. "
