We just stayed here for 7 nights and our kids and our family enjoyed the pool multiple times with rarely any disturbance by other guests or residents. Our condo was well appointed, clean, well stocked with the basics for our stay. No a/c but it was not needed, open doors and windows and the ocean breeze is more than enough. The ceiling fans are mighty and they make air circulate well. All appliances, dinner and cooking ware were basically unused. The issues that we had is that the air conditioner in the room was either not working properly, or undersized for the room. We had it set at 68 and it was hot in the room. We tried to turn it down to 66 and eventually 64, and I have a temp meter and the room was reading 80 degrees at night. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. "This was the worst stay. I will never book here again. The room was so so filthy and honestly a health hazard. The was rust in the fridge. We contacted Expedia and they basically said yeah the room was dirty and that we should've paid more money to have a decent room, for one that was clean and updated. ..."
