「フロントの方は名前をすぐに覚えてくださいました。ロビー階にあるレストランの値段はそれなりですが、質の良いお通しやパン、簡単なデザートも出して下さり満足度は高いです。2人分で予約したのにスリッパやコップが一人分だったのでコンディション4にしましたがあとはモダンな中にマヤの感じられる素敵な空間でした」

「スタッフも親切で感じよく挨拶をしてくれ気持ちよく滞在することができました。近くにレストランやマック、パン屋さん、スーパーなどもあり、十分くらい歩くと大型ショッピングセンターもありました。入り口に鍵付きの柵があり驚き治安が気になりましたが、ホテル周辺は比較的大丈夫そうでした。」

「内装、外観ともにとてもきれいなホテル。高級住宅街にあり、上層階は眺めも良い。 部屋に電気ポットがあるともっと良かったが、朝はロビーでコーヒーサービスがある。 シャワーのお湯の出が今ひとつ。でも全体的に十分なホテルでした。」

「We stayed at Porta hotel for 2 nights and 3 days. Always when we stay there, we are very impressed because of the excellent and professional service. For example, a waitress told me my reservation included breakfast just for 2 adults when we went to the restaurant to have breakfast, but it was wrong because i had booked it with 3 breakfast so I told her about it and they didn't charge any extra.
