「We arrived late for check in after a concert. The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. Check in was easy. The room was clean. If you like a firm mattress, this place is for you. The beds were hard as a rock. Overall, we would stay again based off cleanliness, location, safety and staff friendliness. 」
「I almost hated to leave. The Hyatt Place was beyond relaxing. Very clean, everyone was professional, the staff treated us well. People were smiling, some of the workers were even singing while working. The food was great, and the rooms were awesome. We slept so peacefully due to the beds being so comfortable. I will be back. Great place to get a way to, especially with the one you love.」

「The other reviews were pretty accurate. This hotel is clean and the front desk staff is efficient and nice. It is within walking distance to Battery Park and Truist Park, but it is about a mile walk. There is not much more in the immediate area that is nice.」
「The room was clean but the bed wasn’t the most comfortable. I was a little disappointed in the breakfast but it had the basics of waffles, sausage, eggs, juice, cereal, fruit, yogurt. I would stay here again though 」
