"the rooms were clean, i had the corner room the views were exquisite the staff were friendly and so nice they went out of their way to help me get ready for an event that i was going too , which i appreciated . the room service was amazing the menu choices were excellent. i will definitely come back here again because the service was exemplary. "Very clean property to stay with family. Though in the basement the heating takes a while but then place became really warm on a cold day . Also initially there were issues with the TV but we got assistance in person. "
