「The receptionist was excellent. As a foreigner, her welcome and kindness was above and beyond, thank you kindly. The rest of the staff were also amazing. I will never forget the woman at breakfast bringing me Mikitsi with icing sugar, and telling me eat…eat, so personal and sweet. The spa is included, except for the turkish bath, and it was clean and refreshing after a long day of travelling. 「magical house that feel like museum with lots of historical items. the host was very welcoming and kind that helped us with everything we needed. the place is located in small peaceful village that is 5 minutes drive to Veliko Tornovo. we ordered the home cooked breakfast every day and it was cooked by our needs and demands just like we wanted. to summarize its an grate place, excellent host and amazing overall experience」
