「　街の中心から離れているけれど、"Tsarevets”要塞遺跡群は歩いても行けなくはない。値段は高いけれど北西向きの部屋は街の眺めが良い。設備は最新でよく整っている。小瓶の赤ワインやカプセルコーヒーの無料サービスはありがたい。車利用なら街の中心より良いと思う。また、レストランも手頃な料金だった。」

「We loved the ambience of the hotel. Everywhere you looked were bits of history from photographs and paintings to the antique furniture. The room was comfortable with all the amenities you could need and the staff was friendly and attentive to all our needs. It was a FABULOUS find!」

「Magical location, really romantic and serene. We stayed at the castle which was a great and unique experience. We had a little issue with the toilet seat and the room was a bit small but I guess this was part of the charm of the place. Staff were really nice and friendly especially the somellier, yet some of them were very young and clearly needed some additional training. However, breakfast was nice and wine and rakish were divine. Place has so much charm and is really really unique.」

「オーナーは気さくで親切な人でした。部屋も清潔で可愛かったです。換気扇があまり効かないので、シャワーの後は、ドアを開けっぱなしにしないと一晩経っても乾きません。冷蔵庫も部屋にはなく、部屋の外に共通で使う冷蔵庫があります。ホテルまで石畳の急な坂道を登らなければならないので、スーツケースだと大変です。観光スポットやレストランなど、は徒歩圏内なので、立地は申し分ない場所にあります。」

「The receptionist was excellent. As a foreigner, her welcome and kindness was above and beyond, thank you kindly. The rest of the staff were also amazing. I will never forget the woman at breakfast bringing me Mikitsi with icing sugar, and telling me eat…eat, so personal and sweet. The spa is included, except for the turkish bath, and it was clean and refreshing after a long day of travelling. The hottub could of been a little hotter and with more jets, but nevertheless good enough. I would...

「I would never stay at that hotel. The room smelled like sewage. We brought it up to staff and they said that all of the rooms smelled like that.... at one point we were the only ones at the hotel, and now I understand the reason. The staff were very nice, but sleeping with the smell of sewage was a very unpleasant experience. Do not stay at this place.」

「The place is amazing! It is way better than it look in the pictures. Everything was perfect. The rooms, the service, the food, the pool. The people was very nice and make our stay very pleasant. Totaly recommend this place. We will come back again for sure!」
