"Absolutely beautiful hotel. Have stayed there more than once. Just wish they fix the small things that are not appealing. Like bathroom ceiling look like it was about to cave in. The towel rack was hanging off. Just things that take away from how beautiful the hotel really is. Would still stay they again and again"

"It's pretty much your basic hotel on a busy street type thing. I didn't ask for a pet friendly room but the staff member was able to get me a room on the second floor near the back door which made taking the dogs out really easy. So, thank you to her. They have a little dog area and the dog station had plenty of bags to use. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Also, the water pressure in the shower was excellent."

"Embassy Suites is dependable for cleanliness, delicious breakfasts, and beautiful dining/bar areas. Hot Springs was no exception. Front lobby staff was super friendly and helpful. 10 min walk to downtown was nice too."

"The air conditioner unit was very loud and ran a lot even when set to 75. Lots of traffic noise, and floor noises when there were guests above us. The view of the lake was super."
