"Nice hotel, very large. It’s a bit like a small town. Entertainment wasn’t great. When the wind is down, the beach is very nice and they keep it very clean. A solid four star hotel. We have stayed in several in Cancun and this one rates well."

"Our room was a king water view which was clean and comfortable. Pools were so crowded and noisy. The waterpark was a blast! The beach was pristine it’s just too bad you can’t swim in the ocean out front "

"New Resort in Cancun designed with kids in mind. Very close to the airport however the planes coming and going were not a big nuisance. Many activities on resort, so perfect for people who don't care to go out and explore. Pools were clean and staff was very attentive, consider mosquito spray. Beach had fantastic sand, warm water, and peaceful place to relax, yet there weren't many chairs, umbrellas, and wait staff. People complained about the seagrass and the water not being clear, however it brought small fish and birds who ate them which we enjoyed snorkeling and seeing nature. Bring water shoes if you don't want to walk on squishy grass texture. The water was never more than 6ft deep. Check in/out was easy and through Expedia they take you to a VIP check in. We were happy with our stay for the cost. -Joe "

"Great airport hotel with super comfortable beds. I was only there from 1 AM to 6 AM, so I didn't have a chance to use the facilities but the staff was very friendly, helpful, attentive, and quick. "

"Clean was very clean. Staff need to respect their job; they are not at home. The outdoor pool is fine Breakfast was terrible, something happened there, diarrhea every day after the breakfast, don't go to the buffet. Steak house, seriously? We are never back at any RIU Hotel "

"The resort was clean. Pool area was very small with limited chairs. Beach area was nice, but again very limited chairs. People got up before 7 am to save spots and every chair was full by 10 am. Entertainment staff were not very engaging and often discouraged children and teenagers from participating in events. Restaurants typically had a wait of 1-1.5 hours for dinner; a reservation system would be nice. HVAC unit in room was EXTREMELY loud when running. "

"Resort was clean and staff great but a different kind of resort for sure. I did not like the really loud music playing until 2am below my room nightly. i don't mind partying late but to hear in your room this late every single night was tough"
