「The hotel is located almost on the Malecon (the waterfront boardwalk). There are excellent restaurants, and bars very close. The only negative was the power in the room is accessed using your room key. I should have gotten two keys so I could have the A/C on when I was not in the room. The room would be very warm and took a long time to cool down. I did not use the pool, but it looked nice but very small. I did eat dinner & breakfast, and the food was okay nothing special. I was only here one...

「Old fashioned Mexican interior room was cosy and made me feel like home. The view from the 20th floor was amazing. Breakfast was very nice and although I stayed for 5 night I didn't get tired of it. Cleaning staff was very sweet and caring. 」

「We love this hotel, shuttle works well, both ways. They will hold your luggage. Comfortable beds, beautiful grounds. We were leaving too early for the free breakfast so they made us to-go sack meals!. We will stay again if in the area. 」
