「We had a challenging stay at this place. First of all the place is quite isolated (30-40 mins walk into town) and if you don’t have a car you are at the mercy of taxi drivers who charge whatever they feel like; we were charged anywhere between 150 to 400 pesos for similar distances. Basic amenities were missing. We were asked to bring our own water, and we had to get food elsewhere, despite the place advertising dinners and breakfasts for a feee, they were not able to provide any food during...

「Property was very nice but maintenance seems to be slipping a little. Lazy river under bridge areas has knocked out holes in tiles. Buildings near lobby across from coffee shop has huge dirty windows with finger writing on them. Dinner menu has shrunk in selection and proportion. Food is still delicious. Some favorite drinks are no longer part of happy hour. Over all our stay was fabulous despite these things but us repeat visitors do notice. The pools are not being heated as well as previously....
