「I booked two pet-friendly rooms online, including what was advertised as a suite. When we arrived, we were informed that the suite was not actually available as a pet-friendly room and one of our reservations was downgraded to a much smaller, lower-quality room. Despite receiving a significantly different room than what was booked, there was no adjustment to the rate. To make matters worse, the downgraded room did not have a working TV, and the overall condition and amenities were nowhere near...
