「Beautiful short stay! Enjoyed breakfast by the fireplace」

「The staff was super friendly and the hotel was easy access to local attractions, however the cleanliness inside the hotel and the rooms we were displeased with.」

「The hotel was in a quiet location it was maintained and clean . The staff was friendly and helpful especially the desk staff , Heather on days and Robin on the night shift were very engaging and helpful. The cleaning crew were adequate although simple mistakes were made as not replacing towels and face cloths and not replacing coffee and the creamer/ sugars when depleted. The gym was basic but had a decent amount of machines and a cable work out machine. The pool ( which I didn't use) was...

「目の前に滝が見えます。部屋にジャグジーつきのお風呂があります。ケーブルを使えば滝まで数分で行けます。」

「-If you’re disabled, this isn’t the place for you…there is no elevator. The staff isn’t accommodating and won’t put you on the first floor. -If you like to shower, this not the place for you…multiple different guests, were coming to the front desk, complaining of not having any hot water to shower with; I couldn’t believe, the person at the front desk told the guests, that there was nothing she could do, she was going to call her manager. Guests, who had events to attend, competitions, etc.,all...

「I stayed there for a week and they never did housekeeping. I asked the front desk for it on the 3rd and 4th days but they didn't do it. 」

「Overall, we rate the hotel top notch. Only thing wanting was the free wifi connection. Had I get upgraded with a fee would have been better. Front desk staff was very kind to let us use the wifi and internet when, after we checked out the hotel, we encountered a difficulty in entering the condo we reserved.」

「Great deal for the price.」

「Great place for the money and close to nice restaurants and bars. Very decent breakfast. Everything was great except for the front desk person who couldn't figure out that I reserved and fully paid for 2 rooms. Other couple was charged too, the obvious service dogs were ignored and then added as pets charge to the other room. Everything was sorted out but the inconvenience was totally unnecessary」

「Super clean, great amenities in the room and a decent breakfast with free parking, helpful staff and good location for Henrietta, Rochester and some of the finger lakes area. Highly recommended.」

「特に問題もなく、かといってとても良いわけでもないのですが、安心して宿泊できました。唯一、トイレの排水音が異常に大きいのが気になりました。」

「All was good」
