"I booked three nights for over February vacation with two teenagers. I was not told that the pool was closed for maintenance until after we checked in. There was no refund offered, and although the staff was extremely nice, the hotel and rooms are a bit rundown, looking with an electrical outlet not working in our room and a weird smell coming from the heater/fan"

"We had the most wonderful time for a girls weekend. We enjoyed the food all of the amenities and the staff was all lovely. We did, however have a really strange interaction with someone in the hot tub last night. Her name was Meghan was maybe mid 40s or 50s and had really short hair. She claimed to be a staff member of the spa and was just enjoying the amenities in the hot tub with us. She admitted that she wasn’t staying on the premises and lived about 10 minutes away. While in the hot tub with us, She was texting on her phone that we could see due to the large font inappropriate messages to multiple men and was taking pictures of herself and sending them as well. We aren’t sure if she was being truthful about actually being a staff member because we felt that if she worked for the hotel, she wouldn’t have behaved that way. Her conversation was also very anxious and erratic. We just wanted to let you know that in case it was someone that was just sneaking into use the hot tub. She was actually there the night before in the hot tub as well but we didn’t talk to her then. Otherwise it was a wonderful weekend and we will definitely be back! "

"Room was nice clean , good supply of towels. Hotel was great location close to all restaurants and stores . Staff was friendly every time we saw anyone. The ice coffee set was great idea. "

"Room was clean. Had a heating and hot water problem and had to be relocated. They “upgraded” us to a larger suite room, but it didn’t feel like an upgrade and it was super inconvenient for us. We had just wanted to relax in between our hikes and dry out our clothes, but instead we had to switch rooms in the dark after already settling in once. We were really turned off by this experience. "
