We hardly left the property because there was so much to do there and the home was so inviting, what a lovely stay and so much fun!! Love the jukebox and game room too :) Awesome vacation!!
We stayed here to celebrate my daughters 16th birthday. It was the perfect house. Great space for the teens to hang out and comfortable places for the adults to hang out also. We loved the property, kayaks and canoes, hot tub and the area. The house had EVERYTHING we needed and then some.
This property was better than advertised. The house was beautiful and in perfect condition. The lake and community was gorgeous as well. Highlights of our trip included kayaking and swimming in the lake, fishing, fires in the fire pit, and the rooftop jacuzzi. Our kids (4, 7) absolutely loved the trip and want to go back.

Perfect location and calm, quiet lake.
We had a wonderful time! The calm lake was perfect for kayaking and paddle boarding and there was plenty to do around the house when it rained. The boys enjoyed the pool table. There was some evidence of the hard partying guests before us, but all important things, kitchen, bathrooms, beds, were clean. Communication with the host was great.
Great property and amenities. The lake was beautiful, and the canoes and kayaks were nice to use. Some outdoor decking was rotted and needed to be replaced. The outlets in the Master bedroom didn't work. There was some damage to the drywall on the stairs leading from the first to the second floor. Other than that, The property seemed well maintained and a great place to stay.
We frequently book rentals like this for weekends away and this was probably one of the best places we have stayed in. There was just so much to do! There's a beautiful rooftop complete with a fireplace AND a hot tub as well as a built in sauna in the bedroom! The outside area was the cherry on top. The lake was beautiful, we went swimming and kayaking (there is a canoe too) and then made smores around the outside firepit (yes, there's more than one).
There were 10 of us who stayed here and we all had ample space. There isnt a ton around in terms of restaurants etc so we brought groceries with us and cooked/bbq'd each night. The kitchen had plenty of utensils. Theres also a basement downstairs with a pool table, juke box and lounge area which was perfect for games etc.
I couldnt reccomend this place highly enough. The communication with the host was easy. He was very quick to respond.
We also rented a boat up on lake Winnipesaukee to do some watersports on our last day which was only 20/25 min drive away so its also a great place if you're looking to do some day trips to the (bigger) lake.
Great house in a great location. Fun for all family members.

Great house for a family retreat.
The layout of this nicely sized house was perfect for our family. The house has a nice open living space which made cooking and entertaining fun and engaging.
The property was very nice the only thing was it
looked like they cleaned very quickly. a lot of
areas were missed and the propane tanks for the
fire pit was empty had to fill it are selfs

Wonderful stay. Wedding weekend. We had our son, the groomsmen and a couple of friends. This lakehouse was perfect. With the fully equipped and upgraded spacious kitchen, we could enjoy gatherings and eating at the same time. The kayaks and lake made for enjoyable memories of fun before the wedding day as well as the juke box and ping pong. The bunk beds and space in the basement made it perfect for the guys space. So nice to have 3 and 1/2 bathrooms. Also, homeowners are very responsive and friendly. Aaron was so great with all of our needs and questions. I highly recommend this home.
We were very happy with our stay. The house was as beautiful as the listing indicated. Everything was clean and well cared for. The top deck was peaceful, we enjoyed all that it had to offer including the hot tub, the hammock and the firepit. It was great to have access to the kayaks, we brought some of our own so the whole family could go out together. The pair of loons swimming past our dock made our stay perfect! I definitely would recommend this stay.

Great house and property.
Beautiful lake front with kayaks, canoe, fishing - great escape from city life. Plenty of space for larger groups. Great rooftop in the summer with hammock and hot tub. Great to watch sunrise / sunset from the 3(!) different decks or dock. Firepit and beach were a great way to enjoy the lake front.
We rented this house for a group of friends to gather. The house is huge and has plenty of sleeping spaces. Numerous decks for hanging out. The area has a strict quiet hour policy though- and neighbors are close by. So plan to have a quiet weekend.
The property is located in a great area. The kids love it, swimming and fishing was a lot of fun. The house had some things that need attention but overall it was great place to stay!
We enjoyed our stay in Barnstead NH at the cool Lake House! The location was perfect and though we stayed at a time in the off season, we still had plenty to do. Even with chilly temps we were able to teach our daughter how to fish as property abuts up to the lake and there were stones that guided you down to area where the dock was. The fire pit and lounge area made up for the chilly temps outside and the basement game room was a hit for our daughter in the evenings. The house is really comfortable and has a neat floor plan making it easy for families with children. The kitchen has everything you need if you prefer to cook and dine in and the indoor fireplaces are a great feature during early Spring when temps can be chilly. We look forward to returning in the summer when we can take advantage of more that the property offers during high season. We definitely look forward to a lake adventure with the provided canoes and kayaks as well and to enjoy the cool roof top deck equipped with a nice hot tub and beautiful views!
We rented this house with a group of friends for my husband’s 60th and all had a great time! Had a fire outside and did some ice skating and fishing! I would definitely stay again!
